The Parish Finance Council directs itself to sound policies of management of parish funds and properties.  It organizes the temporal goods of the parish for the implementation of the parish program to accomplish the parish mission.  It is responsible for soliciting funds, managing the parish budget and facilities, thus enabling the parish to carry out its mission.
