Items to be posted in the bulletin need to be sent via email to bmathews@smcatholicschools.org by Monday at 12:00 noon to be included in that weekend's bulletin.  If you are sending a picture, poster or flyer, it must be in a .jpeg or .png format.  We cannot post anything that is sent in a .pdf format. 

The bulletin goes to the printer every Tuesday.  However, there are times when the printer will require us to send our bulletins earlier than our normal schedule due to holidays and office closings.  When that occurs, we will send out a notice in the bulletin that lists the early submission due dates for items to be posted.  We will also include that post on this page as well.
